Hotel's reception was nice. Breakfast had delicious choices, including cereals, pastries and fruit, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it. The staff was efficient, responsive, no complaint. The service was excellent, just like we expected. By the way, they charged us £ 10 per day for parking.

beautiful location, absolutely amazing team, they made me feel welcome. the location was close to a tube station, easy for getting around santiago. rooms were functional and luxurious with a bright bathroom. perfect breakfast, thoughtful service. liked friendly check-in and easy check-out.

It was reasonably priced, the hotel was tidy, and the staff were very helpful. The room was multifunctional, had gas powered fireplace, plenty space and USB ports. The view was exceptional, bed was super. Quite comfortable overall experience...

There was no pressure, it kinda bothered us.

There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like la hacienda gaucha, set within 5 minutes walk or so. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus.

Overall, it's chilled-out base for exploring Santiago attractions. The king room we were given had a private safe, ironing facilities and a work desk. Fantastic hospitality from the bar staff.
